Make use of better personal and professional decisions, considering the subconscious dimension to choices, with conscious awareness. My coaching is focused on the human condition, and on what is experienced in the theory of reality. I have created a conceptual coaching framework based on both emerging scientific studies and long-established behavioural and philosophical doctrines. I am specialised in facilitating individuals to explore the core of their beings and to promote self-awareness through clear thinking.
True life purpose and objective goals can only endure successfully when performed through self-awareness and clear thinking. Therefore, my aim is to mentor individuals to achieve their aspirations at their work and personal live through self-realisation, emotion-focused and lateral thinking.
My coaching model is influenced by authorities in Mindfulness, Logotherapy, Gestalt, Neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Philosophy, and Consciousness. By applying contemporary strategies to these practices, I can provide individuals with the unique opportunity to experience life in all of its totality. This comprehensive approach allows individuals to prevent their mind from returning to familiar thoughts and emotions, keeping them from manifesting the same reality. The conditioned thinking mind can be unproductive and terribly noisy. Most of us are repeatedly tormented by negative feelings and by thinking the same unproductive thoughts over and over again. Finding how to be consciously aware of how repetitive and insistent our thoughts are can promote confidence, productivity, and original ideas.
As long as the child within is not allowed to become aware of what happened to him or her, a part of his or her emotional life will remain frozen . . . all appeals to love, solidarity, and compassion will be useless.
Dan has considerable experience in mindfulness practice, motivating lateral thinking, and dealing with people expectation to growth. One thing that I have learned from my sessions with Dan Dias is that to support a focused attitude towards my career and my personal life, I require to let go of what is not functioning, take healthy, focused decisions and surround myself with more like-minded people. The quicker you realise the need to rewire your brain, the faster you succeed.
I really enjoyed, and continue enjoying the sessions with Dan. Throughout the first sessions, and having to face my gremlins was very challenging, but with time, suddenly it all made sense. Being present most of the time, and letting go of the past is not a simple process, and for me, it still represents a challenge, but I am now much in control of my emotions, and how to identify the ones that lead to procrastination decision. Namaste Dan.
I approached Dan because although I have an accomplished career; I was seeking for deeper understanding into my personal life. Dan invited me to recognise my drives and how to be more focus on the present. The result was a gaining in self-discovering and how to be mindful about my social life, outside my profession. No more mind wondering. One fact I honestly liked was Dan’s instinctive methods, no pressure or pushing for results, but for self-understanding. I found the experience relaxed and empowering. I would recommend Dan’s coaching to anyone going through for significant changes in their lives.
Dan’s understanding of my goals and how these fitted in with my circumstances was spot-on, and I was impressed with his insight, especially in gestalt and logotherapy. With Dan’s help and input, I was able to identify an efficient and practical approach and develop realistic plans for further self-improvement across my home and work life. Before working with Dan, rather than I being the producer of my art, I can say my art was very much in charge of me! Dan took the time to learn and understand not just what I did for a living, but how I worked, my methods and how my art came to life. I was then able through his guidance and coaching to really organise myself and my creativity for the first time! OMG! I just wish I had found you before, Dan! I am now able to produce great artwork that makes me happy and other people love – and will pay for! Thank you for all the caring and support! Ima now 100% fuxico
Dan’s coaching was paramount in building up my confidence and to go after what I truly wanted in life. I spent a great deal of my early adulthood suffering with depression and low self-esteem, and engaging in self-destructive behaviour when all I wanted was to be a successful businessman. Dan challenged me to face the reasons I was moving away from my desired goals and living a purposeless, unfulfilled experience. He also pushed me to change my internal dialogue and take conscious charge of my own progress, rather than blaming outside forces for my troubles.
Dan Dias has been my coach and my mentor for over four years now and can safely say he helped me action things I was postponing for a very long time, things that fundamentally changed my life for the better. During the time we worked together on my issues I have overcome depression and a paralysing fear of living. His NLP and Hypnosis techniques really work, and having him to hold me accountable for my own progress really made me responsible in a way I had never been. I continue to come to him whenever I feel I need that extra bit of clarity in my life.

I still go back to him for “top-ups” now and then, or whenever I feel I require more guidance and willpower in my personal and professional life.
When I found Dan Dias I was going through a tough period in my personal life, and my work life was also suffering as a result. Dan’s expert coaching techniques (mostly through Skype, due to my hectic schedules) were just what I needed to get me back on the track to success. He was a straightforward provider of feedback, a fault finder and someone I was held accountable to. Today I am a tougher, and the person I wanted to be all along.
I had considered many coaches before coming to Dan. I wanted to move forward in my career, but felt stuck and demotivated. Dan supported me through NLP to stay focused on my goals, and to break my big ambitions into smaller parts that I could manage. My professional yield increased by having him backing me up, and also calling me on my faults! Even now I can hear his voice motivating me! He has a power in his speech that hits right into your core, and it’s hard to explain! Everyone should benefit from Dan’s experience.
I was going through a stressful time in my life and career when I started coaching with Dan. I was faced with many potentially radical career decisions and wanted to take a plunge into a different direction, but was feeling insecure and scared of what could happen. It would mean breaking patterns and relationships, maybe for good. Dan encouraged me to take one step at a time and not to rush into things, as well as prioritising and evaluating which relationships were truly worth my time. He made me take a step back and reassess each point individually, and devoid of limiting emotions. I am now flying on the top of my career, where I always wanted to be, and I can confidently say I ended up becoming a much calmer person as a result, and continue to count on Dan to help me centre when faced with tough decisions.

Throughout our sessions, you will probe your unconscious mind to unlock the hidden causes that prompt undesirable emotions and behaviour.
Understanding our mental models and how they operate is critical to becoming aware of our thinking patterns and our view of other people behaviours. Awareness about our mental models further prompts us to understand how persistently we are wrong due to our limited mind representation of reality. Observing out thinking patterns can help us cease our efforts to prove others wrong, because we become more aware of our very own limitations in perceiving, reasoning, and guessing. Grasping the common triggers of reaction can encourage us to rethink and rewire our mind and to contribute to changes in areas of our lives where repetitive patterns make us suffering.
The Movie In Our Head
We have the tendency to observe reality through our experiences, and just like those individuals who take opiates we expect to expand our experience through a given state, and we call this reality or truth. One can see at all this rather easily, our mind governs our behaviour and reactions accordingly to our conditioning. But this is not the absolute truth, this is nothing but a movie in our head. This is merely a manifestation of our conditioned mind which uses external attributes, or previous experiences and learnings to project its own actuality. This projection that we call reality is a conditioning from our mind, leading to our suffering and superficial contentment.
